Top Smartphones Upto RS. 10,000
Just a year ago, if you
would have thought of owning a smartphone with just 10,000 bucks in your hand,
you would have got nothing but disappointment. No, a single flagship came under
20,000. But now, the whole market is stuffed with smartphones within that
range. Not only androids but even the Blackberry and Window phones are
available in below 10000.
Also, the products are not just feature rich (in
fact they are so featured that some MNC products look out-dated) but also offer
some good quality in terms of both build
and performance.
1. Micromax
Canvas 2 A110
Being the most famous flagship of
Micromax, the Smartphone have been warmly welcomed by people and accepted by
them like a hot cake. The flagship coms with a 5 inch display with 854 x 480
pixels resolution. The Smartphone has been built by Plane Switching fabrication
process, offering better viewing angle and good contrast ratio. The flagship
comes with a dual core processor with 1 GHz speed. The 512 MB RAM adds to its
speed.
The Micromax Canvas 2 A110 is
priced Rs. 9,990 in India.
The Superfone A110 boasts for its 8
MP rear camera with dual flash property. Also, it has a front camera for videa
conferencing. It contains a 2000 mAh battery, dual SIM connectivity and Android
4.0.4. The connectivity can be done through 3G, Wi Fi, GPS and Bluetooth. Apart
from these, it has a proximity and gravity sensor, and is expandable upto 32
GB.
Its MRP is around Rs. 12,000 but if
you are a good in bargaining, you can get it in below 10,000.
2. Nokia
Lumia 510
It is the cheapest Windows
Smartphone available in Indian market. Nokia’s dying market has been partially
revived by these Lumia series. The Smartphone may be updated upto Windows 7.8
operating system. Currently available for Rs. 9,500 in Indian market, it has
captured a good eye in Indian market.
the Nokia Lumia 510 comes with 800
MHz mobile processor and runs on Windows 7.5 Refresh. This budget friendly
smartphone comes with a 4-inch touchscreen with 480 x 800 pixel resolution.
Stuffed with 800 MHz processor alongwith 256 MB RAM makes the phone smooth
running. The phone is expected to deliver modest imaging quality with its 5 MP
camera with f/2.4 aperture and LED flash.
Other features include FM radio, Wi
Fi, Bluetooth 2.1, Micro USB Port, ambient light sensor and accelerometer. The
battery backup is good with 1300 mAh battery offering 8.4 hours on 2G and 6.2
hours on 3G.
The dilemma is that the smartphone
comes with just 4 GB internal memory and no external slot. Although the
Microsoft offers cloud storage but it is not so famous thing in India.
3. Lava
Iris 501
Although the Lava Iris does not
belong to any MNCs, it has the performance and build quality to make some
attraction in the market. The smartphone is available for Rs. 9000 with 5 inch
display with a 800 x 480 pixel display, 1 GHz dual core processor and a 5 MP
camera at the rear, and a VGA in the front. The flagship runs on android 4.0
operating system and comes with 4 GB micro SD card. It has all the normal
features of a typical smartphone.
4. Xolo
X500
Like its brother Xolo X900, the new
Xolo X500 also has a robust build quality and smooth performance. This flagship
of Intel is a dual SIM Android ICS touchscreen. It comes with a 1.2 GHz Intel
Atom processor and 512 MB RAM, thus making it a good speed for gaming. It has a
3.5 inch display and supports 720p HD videos.
The smartphone is loaded with a 5
MP rear camera, but no front camera. The other features like 3G, Wi Fi , Bluetooth
and USB connectivity. The smartphone comes with 1500 mAh battery providing good
backup and has 4 GB internal memory. The memory is expandable upto 32 GB.
The flagship is available for Rs.
9000.
