Some Easy-to-Cook Less Time Taking Breakfast for Everyone
we all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and we should never miss it in any circumstances. India, a diverse nation, has a wide varied staple across different part. In north we see different types of 'paranthas', south has its rice rich breakfast like idli and all. People from Eastern part are mostly seen with heavy breakfast of puri and subzi, and, westerns go with jalebi and poha. and ofcourse, omelette is common equally in all part.
Now, on health point of view, breakfast is must. Skipping breakfast means you are risking yourself to problems of weight gain. thus, taking your health in concern, breakfast is an important task for everyone. But, most people living alone, working early, have scarce time to make a breakfast they love. so, we have come up with recipe of some healthy breakfast that are not only easy to cook, but also, they are less time consuming.

1. Tangy tomato omelette(vegetarian): 2 person
Ingredients:
1. Gram flour(besan): 150gms
2. Green chilli : 2 pieces (finely cut)
3. Tomatoes: 1 medium sized(finely chopped)
4. Onion: 1 large sized(finely chopped)
5. Coriander leaves(finely chopped)
6. Red chilli powder
7. Water
8. Oil
9. Salt
Preparation:
1. Take a bowl, mix gram flour withed the chopped chillies, tomatoes and onion. Add red chilli powder and salt as per taste and mix well.
2. Now add sufficient amount of water to make a bit thin batter so that it can be easily spread over the tawa.
3. Heat small amount of oil on the tawa and spread it to wet the whole over the tawa.
4. Pour a ladleful of batter on the tawa and spread it all over it just like an omelette. Allow it to simmer for a while.
5. After it is cooked from one side, carefully turn it over and cover it with a lid allow it to become golden and crisp over a medium flame.
6. Repeat with remaining batter.
7. Serve hot with any preferable chutney.
2. Wheat rava dosa(2 servings)
Ingredients:
1. Rice flour: 1 cup
2. Onion: 1 larged size(finely chopped)
3. Wheat flour: ½ cup
4. Suji: ½ cup
5. Coriander leaves: 1 tbsp(finely chopped)
6. Cumin seeds: 15-20
7. Green chilli:2 (finely chopped)
8. Water
9. Oil
10. Salt
Preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients except oil in a large bowl to make a thin batter and keep it aside for 1 hour.
2. Now make dosa on a non-stick pan with small amount of oil.
3. Serve
3. Puffed rive upma(4 servings)
Ingredients:
1. Puffed rice: 2 cups
2. Onion: 1 (medium chopped)
3. Green chillies: 2(finely chopped)
4. Turmeric powder: ¼ tsp
5. Lemon juice: 1 tsp
6. Salt
For seasoning:
1. mustard seed: ½ tsp
2. cumin seeds: ¼ tsp
3. gram pulses(yellow chhole daal):1 tsp
4. black gram(chhilka urad daal): 1 tsp
5. curry leaves
6. oil
Preparation:
1. Soak the puffed rice in water for 2-3 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds. Allow it to sputter.
3. Add cumin seeds and both daals and fry till they turn golden brown. Add curry leaves and fry it well.
4. Add chopped onions and chillies and cook till they the onions turn golden. Turm the flame to medium, add the squeeze dried puffed rice along with turmeric, lemon juice and salt. Mix it well.
5. Add some water if required.
6. Cover and leave it for some time.
7. Remove the cover and stir it well and again cover it till it is cooked.
8. Switch off the flame and wait till all water gets absorbed.
9. Serve after 5 minutes with preferred chutney.
