How To Fax Through Your Laptop Or PC

In the era of emails, the need for fax has nearly been lost. But sometimes, we do have to go for it. And in this case if there is no nearby Fax machine then you are blank as you dont have a clue whoat to do. What will you do if you get yuorself in this situation? FAX through Computer and Telephone line:

you can send fax through your computer very easily. All you need is a connection facility between your telephone line and computer. This can be achieved through a good FAX MODEM card. It maybe inbuilt in your Laptop or Computer. Just look at the back side of your Computer's CPU-if there is a jack for your telephone cable to fit in then you can send your FAX. If not then you will need to buy an internal or external FAX-MODEM which costs near 10$. it is fitted over the Motherboard inside the CPU. It can be performed by any computer intellect. After the nyou can send your required FAX.

For this you need Operating Systems like Windows Vista, 7 and 8 which contains a pre-installed software named Windows Fax and Scan. Just as the Outlook Express and Microsoft Outlook and Windows Live Mail manages your emails, the same way this software helps you to send and receive FAX.

Steps involved:

1. Unplug your telephone and plug the wire into the telephone jack at the backside of your CPU.
2. Click on the start button and then --All Program->Windows Fax and Scan
3. Now the Fax software of the Windows will open up. Now click on the 'FAX' button at the left side. If opening first time then the 'Fax setup wizard' will open up. Then click on the 'Connect to a Fax Modem' and provide with harware regarding informations.
   
   
   
4. When the message window opens, then fill the following:

   #Subject: (Your Subject if any)
   #Type Your Message
   
   #insert->File (Add any Required file)
